promote and foster the three ethical principles of Permaculture:

The actual word Permaculture is a contraction of
the words Permanent and Agriculture.
The word Permaculture is also used as a
contraction of the words Permanent and Culture for without a truly sustainable
agriculture, there will be no sustainable culture.
In the words of
Permaculture co-inventor Bill Mollison:
"Permaculture (permanent agriculture) is the
conscious design and maintenance of agriculturally productive ecosystems which
have the diversity, stability, and resilience of natural ecosystems.
It is the
harmonious integration of landscape and people providing their food, energy,
shelter and other material and non-material needs in a sustainable way.
